As the first outside CEO of the 162-year-old global company, Siemens AG, Peter Löscher discusses leading a large organization during crisis and change to a student audience at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

He stresses having clear values that are lived throughout the company, not being afraid to say "no," and having a "true north - a clear definition for myself of right and wrong."
