"it's all about it's about having the um the confidence that the the state is doing enough to deliver private sector investment that is that is ultimately what will transform the the neighborhood and and you get instead of getting the vicious circle of of decline that you talked about you'll get a you'll get a uh a positive feedback Loot and uh parents want to move there they want to send their kids to the to to the school the school get a good good reputation and and so things will things will turn around as they did in London look at London schools um you know I can't I can't comment on the school you mentioned in Liverpool but London schools really really changed a lot I think with even with the leveling up thing one of the easiest ways to level up without building the train line would just be to improve the quality of Education in these and I think if you look at what the conservatives did they"
