But now it's time to turn the page in a new chapter of Hot Ones, season 30. And here is our lineup.

To kick things off at sauce number one, we have Down to Ferment with That's What Shishito Says.

Based out of San Diego, California, our new friends at Down to Ferment bring you this mild sauce featuring roasted shishito peppers, kombucha, miso, and black garlic.

It's giving Nobu vibes and I for one can't wait to try it.

This lineup is one of our most vibrant, flavorful rosters to date and That's What Shishito Says sets the tone.

And now let's move on to sauce number two where we head north to Montreal with another flavor-packed sauce.
