for everybody and we're hearing it ahead of the album coming out and so why is that and what is it what do you love about it and hmm it's based I mean I had the phrase which i think is Shakespearean again I've done it a couple times in the past yes take a catchphrase run with it but this
song I actually wrote it's one of the older older demos that I had when I met before I made the record and I had recently watched that away szustak you mentary that came out yeah yeah yeah and for most of my life I was always like now blur I'm a blur guy like I don't know about oasis you know I've said
heard Wonderwall too many times like everybody else but then I saw that documentary and I was immediately like oh my god this is the best band that's ever that's ever existed and that happens with me with every rock duck like that queen movie came out right now but see so what
happened was I was trying to write in a way sis song with this song it doesn't really sound like in a waster song but they were attempt yeah that was my attempt took the music you're making is beautiful wouldn't you know what I've heard of the album so far and I mean you called this your you know your
cowboy would be country out kind of thing but you know it's definitely as far as songwriting goes like you know once again you've obviously just just strive to create something that's true to yourself so where where were you when you made this what kind of movie you win
why are we hearing like we're hearing it I don't know yeah it's you know these quizzes still the beginning of me thinking abut I haven't thought about that's why I have this interview right yeah exactly the guy's got the most Awkward interview Ron use me as practice I'm yeah I'm game
but I think I don't know I it's a weird record you know the cowboy song came about and I was like okay that's a good vibe why not mm-hmm I had a couple other songs you know just right when I had a spare moment on on tour at the house and you know the same crap I'm always doing like a

house with Anderson yeah yeah that's right yeah which is a great moment I love that show and hopefully it will come back when he's not out there and can consistently touring around Europe playing to 15,000 people and gone for too long I've been so bored he's been gone a long time
but he's striking while the iron is hot yeah of course you gotta do what you gotta do I know and you didn't DJed on that first episode I think sorta yeah I mean it was a bit of a bit of it I think the first one was kind of like okay let's try and you know okay here we go
but it was you know I just like going over there and hanging out with those guys what are you what's it what's I mean just for people who have never had the experience of walking in the pack house and hanging out with AP and his crew free nationals the whole vibe and who knows he's gonna roll in like what is it
what does it like being a musician and a creative and a human being inexperienced fee I think I mean that place is great because it's like you know especially for me I never it living in New York I didn't really I had homies that were like you know in bands and whatever but
I there was no didn't have any like collaborative kind of vibe going on there and these guys I can go hang out they lie me for some reason i like dem a lot and we can go hang and we've become good friends and they're all like very very very good musicians hmm so as much as I
enjoy hanging with them I'm uh I can also sit there and be like damn what you know what what and then you know that because they're all these crazy players you know other people will come that are also crazy and then it's this crazy I don't really play that often because I would just embarrass myself but just
drinking it in or just you know right get on the dicks and select yeah on ipod [Music] [Laughter] bring a guitar and just bring an iPod exactly would you play like little shows after your show DJ do things like that just to kind of play other people's music and continue to be a part of it
always just fun for you I - yeah I mean I'll DJ every once in a while because I think people think that I can like fill up a bar so I wish I can you know I don't really and they'll often pay to reach out great but uh usually it's like you know maybe a slowed down version of
like a Huey Lewis song with like a youtube fart compilation and sound light on top of it right right it's a new style of DJing let's put it that way yeah yeah it sounds like it comes from the origins of mashups yeah but it's yeah Zach just way stranger yeah yeah slow down Huey Lewis yeah your power of
love at the half speed my goodness gracious sports classic you know I was talking to the cover of that record - it's like they're kind of in this like maybe like something like that and I was talking about it last night Clubhouse I'd like to that's what I mean that's I
think that's my next endeavors starting a clubhouse but maybe we were talking last night maybe if you had to enter through like a manhole cover it was really nice under there yeah that'd be nice you know but that kind of Huey Lewis style Clubhouse subterranean
